I'm all up for photoshop editing... however, neither the picture or the editing on that one is any good
Here's my attempt:

If the rules of the compo don't forbid the use of photoshop then it's okay, I think. But apart from this I don't like the photo that much and the photoshop-editing looks kinda cheap.
That's an awful photo, and I'm an awful photographer, I should know! I'm also an awful photoshop and those edges on the windows are just bad!
Wtf, Osama bin Laden is still alive
How can anyone get away with masking their filters several pixels off target?
You can still see the white colored orginal in the edges of the window,.

Yeah, the author of the image clearly photoshopped away the Outline logo, and inverted the colors on the hat!

Is that ERNA (Norways version of Angela Merkel) in the back there? :D
Photoshop is the new darkroom.
farfar: as it's me, i can tell you it's a rubberduck sausage. i wear rubberduck sausages all the time so my head doesnt snap off. the hat is in case my head does snap off, but at least i dont get scratches from the asphalt or other hard surface on my forehead. i was considering to wear a clown nose to protect my nose as well, but a seagull took and ate it on the way to the bus. i hope that explains everything!
Also, the photo is totally crappy :D
If the photographer won with a really crappy photoshop mangle of a really crappy photo, you have to applaud the guy. The jury on the other hand are clearly utterly incompetent and need a good spanking.
yes, tFt
