@Sunspire and Sentcool: If you haven't yet made other arrangements, I'll manage to squeeze you guys in for the thursday tour and dinner and sleepover etc. I'm not entirely sure how we'll manage with the dinner, since I actually haven't got that many dinner plates, but I'll sort something out, somehow.
As for your arrival time at Copenhagen train station, it's still problematic. Ferris arrives at 13.30 at the airport, but I actually think I'm able to go and pick you guys up before that. The plan will then be to pick you guys up at Copenhagen Central Station and then quickly race back to my appartment to drop off your stuff. Then quickly head back to where the tour starts and drop off as many as possible before I race to the airport and pick up Ferris. It means I have to leave you on your own for an hour or so, but I'm sure a couple of beers would make that wait managable ;)
When the tour is over, we'll actually end up very near the train station, so I'll show you which train to take and how far you should go. The walk from the trainstation is only 5-7 minutes, so I'll show you how to get here. That way, I should have time to prepare dinner and we'll all be fine, I'm sure. There's definitely beer and wine enough, and I'll sort out the chair and plate-situation somehow.
As for sleeping, I guess there's plenty of room for everyone as long as you bring your own sleeping gear, but I guess you are, since you'll need it for TRSAC :)
So - unless your arrival time has changed or you already made other arrangements, just stay put at Copenhagen Central Station when you arrive. I'll take it from there!

Yes it is still the same train and time, arriving in Copenhagen (train from Hamburg) thursday at 12:14. We probably won't be having a lot of bags with us so waiting at the station or doing something else wouldn't be a problem if you can't pick us up right away (e.g. don't risk a speeding ticket or worse because of us!)
Btw. if it helps I may be able to bring some plates! It should be easy to do. But I doubt I can carry a chair around with me on the train :P
