End of Century 1999

A call to fellow "down-memory-lane" demo hunters:

If anyone has any old "End of Century 1999 / EOC 1999" Amiga demos (especially from the UK division around 1990 to 1992), please send them my way!!! (not including the ones posted on Pouet.net).

Particularly rare ones I'm looking for are:

- "Blade Distro" (1992 I think)
- Demos coded by "Stryx" (circa 1991/1992)

If anyone has the current emails of ex-EOC 1999 UK members, please pass them my way too!

Thanks! - Keep the spirit alive! - Rio

i just wanted to inform you that most likely most of eoc's demo are *not* aga, although you submitted them all as aga. afaik aga was introduced in 1992, some of their demos were made in 91 already so they can hardly be aga. i also tested one of them, and they refused to work with the aga chipset.
so please choose "amiga ecs" next time when submitting an entry, thanks.

Thanks z5!

However that "Blade Distro" still eludes me (a 1992 demo containing ripped "Space Ace" characters).

Others EOC 1999 Prods I'm looking for:

Dynamite Beats series
Dynamite Fonts series

A multi-scene demo, coded by "Stryx" released at a party in 1992 which if I remember correctly had a ticker-text with a 3D cube as the cursor..? (I know its vague) as well as a ripped character from the Amiga "Captain Blood" game!

If anyone comes across these, I'd be grateful if you could contact me!!

Thanks again! - Rio

There's also some EOC stuff on Aminet, youve probably checked there already but if you havent they've got a few bits'n'bobs.

Even better would be to check ftp.amigascne.org//pub/amiga/groups/e/eoc/

they have 30 or so EOC prods.

good luck.

Thanks Panda!

Luckily I managed to get in contact with Zeg, who is responsible for the amiga stuff on ftp.amigascne.org - and managed to get some stuff from him!

However, I think the only way forward is to contact some of the old EOC 1999 members..

So, if any of you are reading this (Devistator/Michael, Toxic, Simon etc.) get in contact!!!
