We assigned the shuttles, you should have received a mail.
Please check, whether your assignment makes sense! It's always possible that errors occur while assigning the buses.
If you haven't been assigned, this may have several reasons:
1) too few people for your flight time/airport
2) wrong or confusing data (in that case we contacted you but didn't get an answer until the deadline)

My flight will be at FRA on 16:40, which give me+1 plenty of time to catch 17:30 bus. Could we be re-assigned to that one? FRA airport is fun and all, but party place is a way better place to stay :)

do someone know a way to find a resonable transport from Saarbrucken to Frankfurt Hahn on monday morning (I have my flight 13:10) ?
Just a FYI: I am assigned to a shuttle on the list, but *didn't* get an email. I did get the registration email a few weeks ago. Don't know if it matters.
So the last shuttle bus on Monday leaves at 13?
Are you sure you will be finished with the prize ceremony and all that jazz in time for that? Last year I think you did not. Atleast the bus was held up for 1-2h, making me lose my flight.
This year I booked a later flight, so it doesnt really matter, but if you know you wont make the departure time at 13:00, then why not go for at time that is more likely.

Suggestion: For not the same thing happen to someone else this year (missing their flight because the bus is waiting for people) why not move all that have departure <18:00 to the first bus, and move the 2nd bus to departure at 14:00 (or earlier if all passangers are onboard)
That way you get more people divided amongst the 2 busses anyway.

In my case shuttle bus assign mail from revision was classified as spam by gmail.

Hahaha, thanks tomohiro, you are indeed correct. Embarassing! I *never* check the spam folder, but I think I just learned my lesson. :)
