it's not too bad actually :) Maybe load up a string quartet (violin1, violin2, viola, cello) and elaborate on your theme, could sound really good :)
really... don't change ANYTHING... don't listen to comments like "there's missing some bass section" or "play here and there and bla" ...

Very relaxing listen to violins. (But East West is not the best choise :P ) ...

Ok so if your'e going to stick to a solo violin then at least explore some of the performance paramaters available to make it sound more natural and give it that "human" element. Only friendly advice, just trying to be helpful here :)

In my opinion it's missing additional instruments too, basicly what keito said in his first post..

Needs more bass! Everybody loves bass! Doesn't need to be bass guitar or synth bass - the orchestra has plenty of bass instruments:
Light bass:
- Cello (main bass instrument in classical music!!!)
- Pizzicato cello
- Bassoon
- Bass trombone
- Bass voice in a choir
- Low piano notes
- Bass clarinet
- Baritone sax
Deep bass:
- Double bass (often simply plays same as cello 1 octave lower)
- Double bass pizzicato
- Tuba
- Timpani
- Contra-bassoon
- Organ

My proper not trolling advise would be to listen to lots of stuff, not just demo soundtracks but all sorts of music. Take influence and vibe from all and mash it up all into your own style. Its worth entering some scene music compos. If you cant get to a demo party a lot of them take remote entries.

I envision a ziggurath. It morphs into a pyramid, back into a ziggurath with columns, then into metaballs, then there's bodies on sticks, beautiful heads on sticks, morphing (not static)...

Assuming you are not kidding with the music you linked to and your Youtube avatar, here's my advice: If you envision um morphing zigguraths and metaballs, go make a song about it and maybe someone will make a demo about it with you?
