Viihteen Uusi Aalto

category: music [glöplog]

I have a new band now, Viihteen Uusi Aalto, and WE have a new album out, Kvanttikuolemattomuus
download it free from here

Our mission is to produce 12 albums of fully improvised eschatological soundscapes during the year 2013. KVANTTIKUOLEMATTOMUUS is the first of these. Enjoy, and spread the word.

Also, expect to hear our tracks on some scene prods later this year...

Why?

can you elaborate your question?

Why do you make this compact wall of ear-shattering noise? Why the demo scene? I'm not a relativist, I think this is unbearable for anyone who's not pressuring themselves into listening to this kind of l'art pour l'art stuff.

I'm finding it strangely tolerable.

your assumption that your personal taste is universal and only right one is so ridiculously retarded that there's no point to discuss any further with an idiot like you.

was hoping it to be more experimental and less rock :)

nosfe: Yes, I guess that came out a bit retared. What I mean is: Does it make you relaxed? Does it make you want to dance? Is it a kind of "pleasure in pain" thing?

After listening to two tracks I do agree. Personal taste, I guess...

Not artsy enough!

There's actually some very nice moments here an there.

Having quickly listened to the first track, I find it deeply horrible too. That said, if your taste in music only stretches as far as "Does it make you relaxed? Does it make you want to dance?" you're seriously missing out :)

psionice: Hehe, that was only examples of course :) I confess I mostly listen to music that does neither - I like tunes that makes me happy and gives me pep but doesn't necessarily make me want to dance.

grip, the way i see it, there's pretty much only two reasons to make music for, you either enjoy it or you do it for money.
now, try to guess which reason we have.

serpent, there's 11 more albums to come this year, maybe we'll make one really artsy one!
