category: offtopic [glöplog]
So this VJ Software came out not to long ago. I think it's cool. But it doesn't output video with the visualizations.. yet.

Well I've been seeing alot of chillstep/dubstep videos like this
and I was wondering if anyone knew what they were making these with?

I'm guessing After Effects non realtime, relatively easy to do IMHO, or maybe even flash or something ugly like that ;)
Easy to do in After Effects. For example link me beautiful.
Thank you guys.
(I didn't want to derail the VLS prod comments, but this thread seems a bit more fair game)
This is the type of thing that my real-time visual-system can do. I recently posted a video up on Vimeo of something similar, using the built-in Python scripting to make a simple visualiser -> https://vimeo.com/53679356
There are a couple of other videos of it up on Vimeo and also a bit about the system on my blog -> http://evilpaul.org
It's not ready for release yet but I'm always keen on finding motivated Beta testers, so send me an email (evilpaul-at-evilpaul-dot-org) if you're interested.
But.. yeah.. if you don't care about it being realtime then use After Effects.
