Gloom: True, about >95% of the winamp-skins are useless because of missing usability. But winamp with it's classic skin is party unusable too, when sun shines on your monitor. Once changed to a good skin, you never want "teh shit" back. :)
actually, i used to have a pretty cool tg303-skin back in the days, but i can't seem to find it again. oh well.
