Removing the BBS from the frontpage wasn't very nice. Those who do not with it can use the 'custom' feature to make it so. We who want it can not.

i started to panic when i didnt see the bbs out front.

Bring back the bbs, and remove the news instead ;)

It is still there, only the topics are missing. The site itself is faster now. ;)

Why the fuck was it removed in the first place?

dunno, either analogue ressurected or someone hacked the page. either way i think making the default of it 0 and still allowing users to use the customlobsterizer to show it on index.php would be nicer..

ok, so now i set the default value of bbstopics shown on index.php to 0, everyone who wants to see it on index.php again have to change the value on account2.php.

i'll ask analogue what he had in mind exactly :)

Haha, actually it is nectarine (and the necta-skin), winamp is set to always on top so it appears on the screenshot. But yeah, when I've resized the browser, I've put winamp on it just to give a necta-lover like SGT a smile on the face. ;)

niko: maybe im sleepwalker.. was sleeping whole afternoon yesterday :) now that you mention it there are some tracks on my HD that i dont remember doing so it may be true... O_o

Well, i limit my cookies to sessions due to obvious reasons so i would have to login each time to check BBS.. Yeah right ........

arneweisse: use a modern browser allowing black and white lists for cookies, or simply set pouet.net as a trusted site.

in case you didn't catch it:

My modern browsers and cookie whitelists still show no bbs when I am not logged in. Not that I ever look at the frontpage, just that the current fix doens't show topics for non-logged folks.

And quite frankly, if that's the way the front page is gonna be, it should display NOTHING.
