do explain.

podcast didn't explain *anything*, it is an obvious.
a bundle of an assholes looks and sounds like a mega-theta-supa-dupa demosceners, but honestly, they do not. imho, of course.
What do you want them to explain to you? How a specific shader works?

sure. and do not *FEED* me.

BiTL, why u're said - he is a virgin? Did you check my ass, or did you lick one?
well, Manwe and King of Bullshit banned my account
eat the shit, assholes
Manwe: Did they say something about releasing zeo-x-s while the camera was switched off? :D
sensenstahl, I saw an unfinished 64k intro, but it looks like Quite reworked and released it as prerendered "wild" later. Not sure. Actually, the material was filmed 1.5 year ago, so I do not know anything about Quite's actual releases schedule :)

Since Moleman2 was added to the db, this one should be eligible too, right? (not that I'm eager to add it).

tomaes: moleman2 competed in the wild compo at icons ;)

The whole thing? Must've been a long ass compo. :) (I guess it was just a preview/extended trailer)

No, it was, the whole thing. Also, it has a download, not just a youtube link.

Okey. In the future we might need a documentary prod type to do these longer features justice and/or make them more visible/findable.

some backgrounds were distracting and some parts were confusing (like at the beginning they talk like they were 50 ppl but the rest feels more like they're 2 or 3).
Still, quite worth the thumb!

really cool vid! very much enjoyed the watch. love the attitude you guys are having.

also, that whole "use vvvv for writing a shader-only 4k" idea is really neat! do you also somehow extract other data (e.g. timeline events) from vvvv into code? or just type them over when the direction is done?

and, i'm also curious how the cooperation with duneorange got to be.

wtf do you mean? =D

for conversion from vvvv to 4k executable they use their secret tool called 'Ized' afaik
added on the 2012-04-21 23:03:52 by ton ton
Skrebbel, as Ized said, he make everything in raw code, using VVVV project as a reference. Except shaders, of course (written by UNC) and timeline/envelopes. He imports timeline from VVVV project with selfmade util.
BarZoule, in 2006 Quite has about 10 members.
