I've seen that some rather positve updates have been posted to http://www.geres-cassi.to.

I've also seen that someone has posted some more info about the main person involved: http://www.norbert-wiemann.ws (german only, and not that interesting really).

It seems that a lot of people in this forum belief Scamp´s fairy tales. To give you a better picture of the whole story, the courts decisions are ready to download on the geres website www.geres.de

It´s time to reveal the truth. If you give yourself the time to read the everything, you´ll get a new picture of the „victim“ scamp – BIG PROMISE !

can someone summarize it? :)

What I understood: Investment firm that had invested in Viprinet secretly tried to sell Viprinet to an US company telling them that they owned the company. Lots of lawsuits involved.
The main actors on the investor side seem to be kind of shady judging from the (albeit biased) website http://www.geres-cassi.to.

I think he meant summarizing the www.geres.de part.

And the short summary from the court decisions published there is:

GERES managed to confuse a judge into thinking that www.geres-cassi.to is the same as viprinet.com, so the judge ordered Viprinet to take down the fraud warning. It's still silly that we are not allowed to warn about the CASSI LLC fraudsters. But it doesn't matter much, GERES themselves are doing more than enough advertising for the case on their very own homepage ;)

The other decision is about a temporary injunction against their stupidity getting removed by a higher court.

So horray, yes, spending half a million euro on legal costs they managed to confuse a court bit in two out of 12 court proceedings going on. Doesn't change much about the fact the CASSI fraud is dead, and nobody with a sane mind will hand over these guys any more investment money to commit more fraud. It's a dead end for them now.

But nice troll from them anyway ;)

scamp: and how much did YOU (and Viprinet) spent money in legals? will you get back this money?

I hope that story didn't made you loss customers or contracts, and I hope you got some time/energy to visit Revision 2012 and have a beer (or more) with us!
