No, that's Ural, 1959 A.D. People from the picture were found dead in Ural mountains. They run away from their tent without warm clothes and boots, so they freeze to death. No one knows why they did it. It was middle of nowhere, there were no other footprints found, none of their goods were stolen, including cameras.

It seems that they were afraid of something located near the tent. It was something very scary, because nine peoples will not run almost naked to the winter night without a reason. Whatever it was, it left no footprints anyway, so no one know what happened.
