I warned some Finnish CS friends for not hosting him since he is, as known, untrustworthy and mentally unstable. I don't want them getting into trouble over him.

Hitchhike to Turku, take a morning ferry (Viking Line) back to Stockholm, it costs 12,00 euros. Yes, really. And when he gets back home, he should stay there, at least until he learns how to socially interact with normal people.
