Hmmm. Perhaps 2011 should be the year I attend my first Function. I'll definately give it a serious attempt!

I will note, having visited Hungary this summer, that if you like eating and drinking, there are lovely things to eat and drink there.

Strapachka (admittedly Czech, but whatever). Various other things made with ewe cheese including ice cream. Pálinka. Tokaji. Kürtőskalács. Palacsinta (yow, get sour cherry, trust me).
