Decipher: you're actually defending nazis and other massmurderes with that stupid "argumentation". that's just what they want sheep like you to think. imagine people would actually create a hatred against those criminals? they'd be in danger! but no, they make you feel superior by "not going to their niveau" haha, they laugh their asses of at dudes like you. with this stupid attitude you support their massmurders.
you have to hate them and have the desire to build a stake for them and watch them burn.
No, he's not defending nazis, he's defending the principle that all human life have equal value. At the same time he is pointing out that the nazis did not believe in that principle, and that what you are saying are following along the same lines.
In other words, he is positioning himself further away from nazis than you are, since you are advocating murder based on political beliefs - a practice that was widely used by the nazi regime.
The french left the moon in 1920 after its independance. Like many of our former colonies, americans tried to take it over few decades after
time to post a carebears pic methinks!
lugb00ber: yeah, in your small bubble that statement might make sense, but in reality not.
I'm off.

The film is scheduled to be released on April 4, 2012.
1) Why not releasing it on 20th of April to get the real "shocker headline" ?
2) Since the first trailer - and having studied that tragic part of history thoroughly for years, even the Haunebu, Thule and Vril stuff - my first thought was like "...are they now completely nuts ?"
3) It'll be a grotesk comic story with a dubious historic background (i.e. the Neuschwabenland myth) that might be fun for some people, but for folks that looked deeeep into the whole subject (especially the financing & revolutionary aspect) it'll be a facepalm-event just like Inglorious Basterds was.
Now that I'm realising that I'm not a Lightwave artist, I'm wondering why I've posted to this thread ?!
Perhaps because it got "political" ... whatever ... when it airs I'll watch it on a streaming platform "facepalming" along the "plot".
Yeah, you'll be "facepalming" exactly like about all of us do when somebody in a movie starts using a computer. Or as doctors do when watching any medical drama series. Or as everyone who has "looked deeeep into the whole subject" does when said subject is subject (haha) to humoristic oversimplification.
Film at 11.

@kb_
Well, of course there is "humoristic oversimplification" on one hand.
On the other hand there's an unnecessary "overmystification" that'll feed some pretty deranged minds who actually believe that, and I paraphrase, "the Nazis escaped with the Flugscheiben to the Antarctica and are preparing to come back to 'introduce' the 'atlantian master race'".
Which is of course total bollocks and probably even more funny to read than the "Nazi Invaders Space" if it weren't for the people that actually wholeheartedly believe this story.

Then again, why the hell should anyone care about that certain breed of people? As in, what would be the advantage of _not_ releasing the movie? There's enough idiots on this planet with or without it, you won't change a thing. Especially not by being politically overcorrect.
Good interview that also touches this question (German, sorry)

Do you like Phil Collins? I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Christy, take off your robe. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. Sabrina, remove your dress. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Sabrina, why don't you, uh, dance a little. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Christy, get down on your knees so Sabrina can see your asshole. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. Sabrina, don't just stare at it, eat it. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.

You *do* know the intentions of Inglourious Basterds right?
