REVISION 'trade goods' thread
category: offtopic [glöplog]
I've tried this every year and it has never worked, but I guess it's worth a shot to try it again:
From Poland, the beer named "Full". And no, no other polish beer will do. I'd take 12 of those every day.

jenni: I haven't had either of it yet, but if it is affordable I'd like candy and/or booze please :D
How much would that be (I don't think I have anything in exchange)?

@jenni: still have some salmiakki at home. I remembered I had some lakka and I enjoyed it.. .also, drank some terva something, veryvery nice.
bstrr: Ups :) I just saw Puryx asking "What we can bring from Denmark?" :)
jooo: One bag of salmiakki (turkinpippuri) would be about 1,5 euros / bag (1 bag = 150 g). You can make salmiakkibooze yourself by crushing the candy into small bites / powder and pouring it into a vodka bottle, and letting it dissolve for couple of hours. One bag per bottle should be enough. Bottle of ready-made salmiakki here costs ~12 euros (0,5 ltr bottle, 32% alcohol).

My advice is that you make your own with good vodka (ask the poles to bring some white krupnik). Ready-made is ok but not as good.
AND WTF nobody wants french alcohol? Seriously, it's all FINNISH CONSPIRACY HERE
Also I'm not sure if I can ever drink so much of it.
So jenni, 2pkgs salmiakki for me please :)
kbi: Could you bring me a 1l bottle of Zubrowka for around 10€?

franky: crate plz! (if you have space for it in the trunk) :)
jenni: ok, 4 bags it is :) btw salmiakki costs 9-10euro for a 0.5l bottle in germany, so i guess that's why few ppl ask for it ;)
kaneel: well, this whole thing is supposed to make things easier/cheaper for all involved, not harder, so i could just go to the specialty beer shop and pony up the cash for those orvals myself ;) concerning french alcohol, i wouldn't mind a few bottles of kronenbourg (not coz they're any good, but because (afaik) it's the first beer i ever drank (at age 7-ish) ;))

Rowley : bringing the van full of party equipment so there should be more than enough space
Jenni : 4 Salmiakki packages ? tx ;)

jenni, fair enough :D
Btw, knos brought some salmiakki from Berlin that was looking like "stars", were soft and more salty, veryvery nice. Anybody from Berlin?
@Rowley: indeed, it's not going to be that easy but what I said exactly is that I wanted some, not that I could bring them easily. And wtf with kronenbourg man ahah, well, in the end, I could eventuallty think about bringing one 50CL, who knows, if nobody else ask for anything.

mhh nordic puuka's would be very nice... of those I would take 2, too. If someone could make that possible :)

YES THESE!!!!
I'll see if I can bring a box. It'll 'cost' you a beer or two ;-)
You definitely know how to talk to a kaneel!
He might TALK the kaneel, but does he WALK the kaneel?
Sounds like he does!
damn, kaneel will be drunk and will talk to much again :(
am i wrong or is "tyrkisk peber" a danish product?
rasmus: yeah it is. :)
btw I might not be able to make it to Revision but if someone (Bonzaj! :D) can pass a few bottles of Żubrówka to a scener who is from Finland for me I'd be glad. I will wire the money or send it with the said scener if someone is up for the task.

Quote:
It no doubt adds to their popularity that Tyrkisk Peber is sometimes used to make the Finnish cocktail salmiakkikoskenkorva and similar Danish, Norwegian and Swedish cocktails. When Perelly manufactured Tyrkisk Peber, it was also available as powder. The powder was often used to make the cocktail, which in Denmark is known as sorte svin, små grå, or hot shot, in Sweden as lakritsshot, and in Norway as tyrker, små grå, or lakrisshot.
Decipher :( (about you not making it)
@rez: I do actually talk a damn lot even if not drunk.
simple deal - we can bring a few bottles of zubrowka - but not for money or another alcohol, but for weed - anyone interested? ;)
