Judging from the comments it seems there's slightly more people from Karlsruhe than Darmstadt/Mannheim/Heidelberg, so probably one of you guys should suggest some date/time/location (maybe using doodle) !
Other than that I can recommend Dorfschaenke in Heidelberg (nice Flammkuchen and Beer) or Sky Lounge (Cocktails)..
