The universe is infinite, thus, everyting exists

There is no reason anything is guaranteed to exist in an infinite universe.
a lot of bollocks exists!
But doesn't everything kind of exist in the universe by definition?

as I understand it rational numbers and integers etc. are all countably infinite; but as said earlier - just because something is infinite does not mean that everything exists in it.

just define an infinite set S where Si=1 for all i's. this set does not contain any tits.

That only works if the randomness isn't a function of the array index. Imagine a game that goes like this:

Roll a die. If you roll a six, you win. If not, roll two dice. If you roll two sixes, you win. If not, roll three dice, and so on forever. In any given round you have a chance of winning, but the probability of winning eventually, even if you could go on forever, is only 19.4%

In the case of an (infinite, flat, 3D) universe, you could imagine that the probability of any given thing existing is a function of distance to the centre of the universe, because that's where the highest concentration of energy is, for example. So even if there is no point at which the probability becomes completely zero, any given thing is not guaranteed to exist somewhere. This also works if you imagine a finite, eternal universe that is constantly depleting its supply of free energy, making any given occurrance less and less likely over time (though never impossible).

The universe doesn't have a 'centre', the big bang wasn't an explosion from a point but an expansion where everything is spread pretty evenly. It's one of the most mis-understood concepts in science.

The universe isn't infinite, flat or 3D, either. I was illustrating the point that even with a hypothetical, Euclidian universe in which the Big Bang was an explosion into an infinite void (like many people mistakenly picture it but that's besides the point), the nature of the randomness and the distribution of probability is still a factor to consider before jumping to the conclusion that "however small something is, as long as it's not zero you can just multiply it by infinity and the result will be infinite." Which is the mentality behind this notion that if only the universe is infinite/eternal, every conceivable thing must exist somewhere/sometime.
