I LOLed quite much !!

then you probably didn't understand that quite a bunch of those tunes, if not all, were not intended to be used in cracktros.
What if some new kind of sceners don't want to be associated with the crack scene at all?
next up in the line: sinsid.
"CommodoreDubsteppa" was done by kasmo.
"Just Can't Get Enought (Depeche Mode cover)" was done by eco.

dlz: that "commodore dubstep" tune is awesome! where can i get the original and where was it used?

i wonder if german tv channel k1 got permission from rob hubbard for playing parts of his music in the "unnützes wissen"-doku (part of abenteuer leben)

they also played a part of either orava by deetsay or anal overload by addict. anyone who has seen it, please correct me there. :)

What do you think of this one ?

It's not from the scene, but an Amiga game :

I presume you made that video? A little tip: showmanship and attentionspan. You lack the former, and your viewers lack the latter. If you want to make a point - do it immediately, within the first 5 seconds of the video, or your audience is lost. Also: people don't care about seeing your sequencer.

I'm sure you had a good point to make, I just couldn't be bothered to stick around to the end to hear the reveal.

gloom: this is the "part2", as you're musician I thought it was useless to post the part 1 :)

gibs: Fair point - part 1 was by far more to the point :) The link (since it wasn't easy to find): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRSx0h5h48A

At first, it wasn't planed to do the part 2.
Some people heard that it was the same melody while others not.

That's why I did the part 2.

For me there's no doubt, they have ripped the chorus melody, (even the bpm is ~ the same)

Very similar... but: different key, different melody (there are slight differences here and there), different chord progression (Chris' last chord even changes the key), different bassline, different bpm... but apart from that, yes, they sound similar. My guess is that it's due to their clichéd nature; once your write the first couple of bars of the melody it kind of writes the rest itself. It's catchy, but it's one of those melodies you've heard many times before. The high notes at the end, which breaks the cycle of the melody, raised my suspicion a bit, but that's also where the melodies apart the most (when Amber sings the last word in a melismatic way.)

Maybe there's the the old "my sweet lord" vs. "he's so fine" kind of thing going on - maybe the composer played Hollywood Poker as a kid and it creeped into his song.

part 1 is more to the point, but part 2 has better evidence (playing the lead with pitch shifting), could there be a part 3 which has both attributes? :)

this somehow reminds me of that other amiga zealot, who claimed bitmap brothers were ripped off for the kill bill OST...

Same goes for example with Pharao's old eurodance-hit There is a Star.

Remember HtheB? Well his stuff is still up on spotify. I have experience dealing with spotify when having to change faulty tracks, naming errors etc and it usually just takes a few hours to get something of spotify. So this kid apperantly dont care.
