Gathering 1993.
There are others like X 2008, Breakpoint 2007, Assembly 2006 ect. that would have been awesome to experience also.
But watching Desert Dream in 1993 had a huge impact on me, only wish I had seen it live at the first public showing. :)

I also thought about what demo you would bring back to the commodore labs and show them. Just think about them fainting in awe when bringing back fx. Hardwired or the Edge of Disgrace.

Breakpoint 2004, 2005 and 2006, because that are the Breakpoints I've missed.
I would have loved to see "Debris" when it was first shown. With older stuff, I feel I was there for most of the important stuff. :) A favourite moment to relive would be "Nexus 7" and "Cyboman II" at TP.

Awesome, go back in the timemachine and write something on your face while watching the demo compo! Bonus points if you write the following week's lottery numbers - you'll be wondering what the hell it means all week, and if you manage to get a photo of yourself at the exact moment you realise the truth, that will be pure gold!

Anything before my time, i.e. 1990. The 80's parties have always had a legendary status to me.
skrebbel: I have no need of such tools here at actual work, I'm happy enough being distracted now and then :) It's when I'm at home trying to get some of my own work done and it's eating up my spare time that I need to concentrate.
If i had a TimeMachine i ofcoz would want to visit all the parties ever happened ! :) in chronological order ! man what a thought !
I wish I could go back to Swedish Elite Easter Conference 1990 http://www.pouet.net/party.php?which=161 with a decent projector and give it to the organizers. It was like 20 of 400 people, me excluded, who could see the TV at all in that compo.
