Nopes, no sceners in Brussels. There are some in Flanders. And Santa is from Liege (iirc). But Belgium is very small, so it shouldn't be a problem to go bar-hopping in Brussels, or close to Brussels.

Everything in belgium is 1 hour from brussels, so are the sceners.

Inside Brussels close to nothing - near Antwerpen, Hasselt en Liege your luck goes up.

If you dont have a car, trains run too :) (sometimes)

nytrik, just grab one of those cheap thalys train tickets when they do promos again and come to cologne for some nice meetings with the local scene!

There will be a new cocoon demo. That s' for sure. Our demo engine is upsidde down... Guille wants to make a DX11 engine.

I lived in Brussels for 6 years until 2009. There aren't any sceners there. I found the guys of Lab[Au], tho, and other random "vj"-ish people drawing flat polygons in Processing. I guess today they are using WebGL, or even Cinter or OpenFrameworks...? You could try to contact them. Otherwise, nah... Good luck man, you are by yourself, pretty much.

i lived in Brussels for 2 years until mid 2009 too. interesting too see some people lived there. i believed that most of you were from finland/germany/ poland...

I'm still suck in Aachen, Germany with my lovely girlfriend and a exiting new post-doc position at the RWTH university. Now, I'm officially a computer graphist and I should definitely go back to demo someday! I'm even working in secret on global illumination. I got gray hairs with this graduation stuff and feel old...
