"Kotyara" can be translated as a "street cat". Word "pizdyets" have a lot of meanings (and very often it changes meaning of other words), but usually it can be translated as something like "fucking aye". Phrase "pizdyets ty horosh" reads as "fucking aye, you're good", but actual translation is "you're a fucking idiot".
