Is this airline, norwegian, utter crap or tolerable?
As it seems to be cheap I might be booking tickets when I get my next salary.

Norwegian is definately tolerable. It's the second most popular airline in Norway after SAS, and I happily use it quite often.

Sounds good enough for me.
