This is a fromer radio center located in The Netherlands, called "Radio Kootwijk". The Dutch government used to transmit long- and shortwave AM from this location. One of its uses was to communicate with the West Indies, which used to be a Dutch colony.
The building was built around 1922 and is a great example of Dutch architecture from that era.
Shortwave transmissions from this location ceased around 1980. It is now a national monument.
