Also, if someone wants to know, the "useless", "game concept", "little big planet level design" and other weird names written down as prizes are the leftover cups from the gathering (for compos they didn't hold or didn't have enough entries in).. Which we handed out so we can say that we have real cups at kindergarden too!

I'll put up "temp teaser preview" within a few hours. No need for you organizers to worry about that. :)

And btw, thanks for the "Machinimae 1st prize" - it will look great in our demo prize cabinet at work. ;)

just got back home, my flight was delayed some 2 hours because of a thunderstorm over dusseldorf/weeze airport, so an unexpected stopover at charleroi was included in the trip at the very last moment...

anyhow, i had a great time @ kindergarden, if my worksituation allows i will return to norway next year for sure :)

great party folks! i had a really good time. it was over too fast though! i really regret not having talked more with f.ex. irvin and dominei, both of whom i hadn't seen for waay too long.. next time, guys!

Respect in huge doses for the food both evenings, it was cheap (even more compared to .no prices for stuff) and it was fucking good - quite healthy too.

Also, compared to Solskogen and what i heard about last years KG, the speaker volume was P-E-R-F-E-C-T! .. btw. lug00ber, i want a tracklist (except ctrl-z and fukt, i know those) on those tracks you threw in puryx, farfars and my face late saturday night while trying to dance on the nice and slippery floor.

But disrespect no the no-shower opportunity on sunday and not teller us loud and clearly all the time so we only can blame you ;) .. (i guess it stood somewhere but my ugly face didn't see it anywhere - and when travelling by plane and other public transportations i would fucking hate sitting next to a bad smelling dude, therefore I don't want to be that guy either. But on the other hand, we had enough time to catch an earlier train then not having to rush to get a shower and Gardermoen airport fucking rocks, Aquavit Bar ftw (except their prices though)

.. overall this was kick-ass, would like to come back next year, BUT, please make sure its 25 degrees and sunshine all the weekend!

Oh and respect to xerxes for bringing us beer .... and to Arcane for trying to make Curt Cool and me a toast after the compos, which seemed very very hard and confusing to him.

You're welcome, Dwarf! :) But you can't expect a better temperature at Kindergarden. This year was probably one of the best temperaturewise we ever had. The night wasn't really cold at all, besides our bonfire this year was the biggest and best ever. We even had three bags of wood left for Sunday! :)

A big thank you to all who showed up and everyone who helped make this party work as smoothly as it did. I really had a blast this year, and the hall was packed. The birthday cake during the opening ceremony was great - thank you Leia! It was a touching moment for me, to see the happy 15th cakes and talk about the first few years with people! Thank you!

dwarf: The showers couldn't be rented for sunday because the hall where they were was rented out to a christmas dinner event the evening before. And it's the only option in all directions for xxxx kilometres, so there really wasn't anything I could do about that :( If that hadn't happened the showers would have been open from 12 to 12. As it was, I had to haggle a bit to even get showers at all..

And yeah, it said quite clearly on the schedule (or well, it didn't say "showers open" on sunday). But sorry.

Don't worry about it, we did a manly wash in the handicap toilets instead :)

Request for next year: optimal volume settings. Why have too high volume to enjoy the compositions, and then give out earplugs? It's not like it's a bad or too big party room, everyone in the room could enjoy the music instead. I can see "booming volume" for some of the music compos, ok, but for the rest of the party...

Talking about "manly wash" while promoting the "PANTS OFF!" movement feels so right!

Photon: Well, you see we have this guy called Lug00ber who does our sound, and he doesn't really.. compromise. :) I believe we made this clear before the party, though. Kindergarden is NOT the chill out zone. ;)

I had absolutely no problems with the volume level this year.
