I want to try that Disney 3D too one day...

it's really awesome. at first i was sceptical but when i saw it.. wow.

after seeing it in 3d: i'd really rather have watched it in 2d. the 3d effect doesn't add much to the movie, it looks really bad when there's fast motion going on, it causes a lot of eyestrain, and the colors end up looking kinda washed out, which is a pity with up especially since it's so colorful.

This one was disappointing... Some fight scenes were really good, but overall, very disappointing.

These were all quite good indeed.

The pacing of Sky Crawlers is a lot more like a regular movie if you watch it at 2X speed, and slow it down on the rare occasion that a character talks.

I still couldn't actually stand to watch it though.

about "Sky Crawlers": I guess I think what you mean but I still think that it is a very good movie. You really need to be in the mood for it (I watched it on a dark sunday afternoon). I have to admit that his other works, like Ghost In The Shell or Jin-Rô were more "accessible".

Warning, must avoid "Deep impact". horrible religious sci fi movie.
Also "Dune" is somewhat religious and it destroyed it.

Good movies: "MOON"

Yeah! Watched Moon two days ago. Quite nice :)

Moon was so underrated, it never got showed in Northern Ireland, talk about gutted. :(

bdk, Baraka isn't nearly as good as Koyaanisqatsi even though the picture quality is probably the best you can get, thanks to 70mm film.

I really recommend to check out at least Season 3 (hell, that's the way to go, respect to the authors)
