The MS sponsored cs club at the OSU university distributes the latest copies for free =) I even obtained a copy of the latest vc ages before it hit the market :-P

Any knows whether there is a legal way to use w32api with the free MSVC compiler? (the compiler suite only contains the "bare" C++ compiler, no <windows.h> stuf...)
