Im a really bad newb searching for support!!!
I dev with OGL but all i have prod is a simple Cube rotating in a slow tunnel!! Please give me some support(sources or tipps)

I've started recently programming (MSVC++6 and using OGL), and I have many questions... Help and don't flame please :)
-Applying textures to metaballs
-Texture generation within app
-Cell shading (Looks REALLY cool)
- DETECT COLLISIONS!!!!

-Use texture generation coordinates and sphere/cubemapping.
You can get the normals by taking the gradient of your potential function at the current position (your vertex thus).
-Look after some article (like the one by Ile/Aardbei in Hugi n°? (arrgh dan't remember). Mixing perlin noise, color
and effects, and using some maths functions should help here.
-Cell shading, look at Nehe tuts and Nvidia papers perhaps..
-Detect collisions. Bounding shapes (box, sphere), space partitions (to avoid testing unnecessary entities), OBB trees and more..
It should be quite enough for a start... I hope

be sure to use a derivate function instead of calcing 6 positions for each gradient (x/y/z -1/+1)
