I wanted to ask someone who writes all in caps, why is he doing it? Not to blame it but to understand what they were thinking when writting in caps? What is their motivation to write in caps? What compells them?

One Day My Brother Send Me An Email, With A New Form Of Writting, He Was Writting In Caps Only The First Letter Of Each Word. When I asked him why, just out of curiosity, he couldn't answer. Just because. It's fun..
