Mine was...
Decycled by Vectra
But it was probably ...
I.C.E issue 2.
which was bundled onto the same disc that roped me in. Got my first mailtrade contacts out of that very issue.

Ding'O by Dune, spread with a magazine called Start Micro, with a big part of the Dune posse behind this mag.
The First demo I've ever saw was for sure any crackingintro of a popular game ;) on a C64. f.e.
But one of the oldest on PC was Second Reality.

Enigma by Phenomena, atleast the one that made a big enough impression on me so i would remember it :D
Hmmm long long ago... Megaforce with the nice ST00,ST01 instruments, North Star, and yes of course Tristar - Star Demo.
Demos i ll never forget are "Desert Dream, Phenomenia, Arte, Bud-Brain... most of the late 80 early 90 Stuff and yes... Heaven 7, for sure on of the best.

I recall some rubbish Medway Boys cracktro, Inner Circle Decade Demo,The Union Demo and XXX International Demo from when I was too young to know what the scene was (Dad bought them from a PD library). The first thing that piqued my interest though was fr08...
C64: cant really remember this, as i watched demos/cracktros in 1986 already at my cousins c64...got mine then in 1989 and remember having had more disks with demos than games back then already ( at age of 11 ). have watched a lot of G*P,Amok and X-Ample Stuff back then !
Amiga: RSI-Megademo at some local Store, they looped it and tried to sell more Amigas by doing that :)
i then saw Odyssey in the first week of 1992 and immediately got myself some used Amiga :)
PC: got my first PC in 2005,so....first demo i watched then was MelonDezign-I feel like a Computer
had seen some PC-Demos before tho at some Demoparties :)

Cube-O-Matic by Spreadpoint. A friend of mine (still has) an A2000 and showed me the demo back in 91.
I cannot remember the name, 64k pc intro from 2000-2004 and it had walls full of text.
Second intro I have seen was skid wrinkles - jarrurypyt by tAAt.
First demo I think was kasparov but I saw it after those intros.

It was 1998, and i loved the scene at the first sight of TBL - Jizz and TBL - Stash, loved the effects, the music, the atmosphere...all in 64 kbytes, on my P90.
Love them still nowadays.
Speaking of demos, first demo i saw was the Italian bigger pride ever (of course i'm speaking about PC demos, on the Amiga side groups like Ram Jam ruled ) Deathstar - Claudia, Mekka&Symposium '97 winner, which was featured on a well-known Italian videogames magazine.
A still from Claudia, absolutely astonishing for the times (along with Matrix - The Fulcrum, mosdt impressive demo i saw on 486-class machines)
