Alpha male or not, I don't know. But what I know and had feared is that the strongest arguments someone could use to prove to me that I have to get a life are hiding in the evolution. Still, considering there must be a reason someone is an outcast or doesn't fit, this must be genetic drift in that aspect. So it's again evolution that gives us a reason for not fitting.
