Actually the bar is an estimate of everything we are 99% sure to really receive. It includes the total of donations done through scene.org, 70% of all supporter tickets bought (because we expect one or another missing or messed up payment), donations done through digitale kultur e.V., announced sponsorings from digitale kultur e.V. and scene.org. From supporter tickets 19% is not counted, for scene.org the VAT situation is not yet clear, Digitale Kultur e.V. probably will be VAT-neutral.
(Sponsor money is not included and won't be before contracts are signed. Conservative at-door ticket sales are included.)
All in all this just a rough estimate, with everything that's not 99% sure yet still excluded. Yes, we could use some more donations and supporter tickets sold, but I'm by now pretty confident that there is a good chance that we will see this bar mostly filled sooner or later.
