Is there any way to fix issues with oversized pictures, the pouet BBS and Firefox 3.0?

See topic, it's not pretty.

type 'about:config' in addressbar -> enter filter 'image resizing' -> change value to true. as far as i know this should be default setting anyway?

Well, If I view an oversized image alone it gets resized to the browser window. But that does not work when it is embedded in the BBS.

get a lens...many ff-plugins available....mine zooms in/out by holding right mouse-button+wheel up/down :)
is configurable tho !
or just CTRL plus MINUS/PLUS ( - / + )
CTRL-0 for standard.
did they fix the obligatory billineair filtering thing yet? (like when you scale a 16x16 avatar up to 256x256)
cocoon: I am not sure that helps. What I am talking about are extremely oversized pictures that mess up the formatting and bring firefox to a crawl on slower machines.

ImageZoon is a nice firefox extension indeed.
[image disabled] is the best way anyway. :P
Ah, I get it. Nice extension.
