Exist some Java/Flash/etc. player, which can play .xm/.mod tracks on website?
yes.
There is a java applet called JMOD which we're using at ModArchive. It can play xm/mod/s3m, but it's not the best you can have IMO. There is a Java wrapper for BASS, but I haven't seen any online player using it yet. If you like playing around with java, this is for you (and hopefully also for others! :D)
