NO remote voting.

i suggest to only allow remote voting by snail mail, to ensure authenticity.

the flash interface and server part of intel compo remote voting were bulletproof enough to my eyes, the basic tricks i've tried to vote twice failed, but even if someone can vote several times on different computers/IP that's peanuts compared to automatic scripts which are the real threat.

by definition remote voting is weaker than party voting and should be considered as such.

better throw a bottle in the ocean with your vote and hope it reaches usa ;-)

GbND: Not even close - I have a 550W PSU in my computer, and that has 4 harddrives as well as a whole shitload of USB controllers, extra soundcard and stuff.

By "Not even close" I mean - "1000W is mooooooore than enough" of course :)

why would it require so much power? The CPU is far from top of the line stuff and the gpu is also no GTX200 beast. My 500W PSU handles everything nicely.

imbusy: okay, good to know. I've only ever seen this card in big huge rigs, and i've had machines brown out due to card draw before.

My PC started turning off when burning CD's after I installed demobox :D
