Anyone ever tried to code on the V.Smile from vtech?
category: general [glöplog]
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to create a demo on any of the V.Smile systems from vtech.
This would be a cool system for wild compos as it seems that the system itself is very powerful and uses ROM-Cartridges. Sadly i haven't found any real specs about the used hardware. It even seems that no one really tried to hack it:

There is also a more advanced CD based system which even has 3D graphics - i haven't played any games on it by myself but it seem like it's nearly as powerful as a PS1 and is called V.Smile Pro:

If you have or find more information about the hardware inside this piece of plastic, please share with me. Thanks.
