I think all the people, who actively used demopaja left the scene 3 or 4 years ago. ;) RTFM didn't help?
You have to press F7.

Short instructions how to create a demo package:
1) Create a new directory. This directory will be the
root directory of you demo.
2) Copy all the contents of this directory to the root directory.
3) Copy your demo file and the music file to the root directory.
4) Rename the demo file to "demo.dmo"
