what the hell do you use those for?
the X-Keys Desktop has a "Demo" button, though!!
I guess for Train Simulation stuff? Or maybe im just completely wrong :D
When using 3ds max I have SpaceNavigator in my left hand, and the mouse in my right hand. And with the miracle of the foot pedals I can press shift and ctrl with my feet.
The x-keys desktop has removable plastic caps on the buttons, so its possible to draw your own button labels, print and cut out and label the buttons as you wish. And all buttons can be set to play different macros. I use that in 3ds max aswell.
