Well, I thought I might as well ask. I´m near Las Ramblas in Barcelona - if any local sceners are up for a pubmeet in the next few days (returning to the UK on Monday), let me know. Cheeers.

pfff barcelona must be one of the most scener fulfilled town in europe... (I am in toulouse,france but i sometimes go there) I knew a lot of people there around 2002/2004.

by the way: I was at the catcon amiga party in 2003 at calella near barcelona: some people there showed me some amiga demo from the 1990-1995 period from a guy in barcelona, - can't recall his nick - which did a brillant demo named "no mas cubos" back then, plus many (really good!) deluxepaint cartoons animations as demos, and they told me the same guy has a lot of activity as movie maker now. Who is this guy ? can someone upload his work to pouet ?

guys, you should have not trouble to find 10 active sceners there (from spontz, fuzzion, nocturns and other groups), plus a lot of non active. Let see if they show up here in pouet

btw - tried to get on escena.org but the internet connection here uses stupid IE7 and can´t render the awesome css properly and i cant seem to register. :(

Krakob is right, Barcelona used to have lot of sceners but now they are not active anymore.
We only remain active some people from Spöntz, fuzzion, Zona Neutra... but we don't see pöuet.net bbs everyday hehe.
From tpolm... fthr and solarc are here. But md and yolk went away in the last months. Yolk is living again in Finland as far as I know.
In fact, these weeks there are an art exhibition containing pictures and drawings from fthr and solarc:
@rc55: I'm away from the city all the weekend, including tomorrow and I'll come back on sunday night (quite late). So, it's not possible to meet you these two days.
If you are still in the city on monday morning, I will be free and we can go to see the FINNhits exhibitaion, which I haven't still had time to visit.
