You might want to check the dynamic compo of the Alternative Party.
I remember one demo that was 23MB where the order of the scenes was random. Maybe some colors and the music was also playing some random patterns. But I don't remember anything more :(

73 has some interactive keys if you start it with the right parameter :D (originally i intended to leave those in vanilla but tsw got creative and turned it into a hiddenpart :)
On the Speccy, Exodus used randomness to good effect in some of their demos (e.g. the vector part in Dies Irae chooses a different bunch of objects each time - as well as some more subtle variations):
