wow that was faucking fast dude, thanks alot o/
if I remember right, this prod has it http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=5591
the documentation is kinda strange anyway :D
IIRC, Channel 5 has "yuki satellites" by radix (awesome track btw :p).
saga, I think documentations/articles about "scenes" (of any kind, let it be graff, skateboarding, videogaming or rodeo) always seem strange to the "members" of the group/movement/whatsoever wich is reported on. Because those members are not the target group of such publications. (and things become odd when you're a journalist and a member of the scene that you have to report on at the same time...)
strange or not - it is ooold... (it is from the year when the popular demo was released, which is - according to pouet - 2003).
maw: Still, when they speak about the cracktros of the early 80s and how the demoscene evolved, why the fuck do they say in the beginning that "creating is the newest hype"?
Because tracks is a bunch of crap. Their gimmick is to talk about the newest thing you never heard off. So their niche is to talk (or fabricate) underground scenes and make a nice document out of it. A nice document you will forget quickly when you're a normal person, and that you will both reverse and revile if you're in the know.
It's a good example of how dishonest documentaries and "journalists" can be.

uhm, didnt thought there will be a clash about the 'informative' content in that docu.
Imho arte/tracks did a good job ( jajaja i know its old ).
From the point of journalism they kept it very objective. Of course its never been made for the guys whos hot into it, but for the 'normal' hard working man, who's chilling after some work @ evening in front of the TV who hasnt any clue.
I know there has been always fear in the 'underground' if somethings beeing hyped too much and getting commercialised (aka HipHop aka 3d-Gamers, and so on...), but artetracks is miles away from it.
Im just hoping, there wont be any big TV Show about 'Germany's Top-DemoScener' or something. And 2 days later masses of topics pop up like: "How do i make demos like farbrausch?"
If that happens, i become a "EMO-Scener" right away :p

If I remember correctly, this demo features a remix of the track.
Notorius, man I'm talking in general. They manage to make the "occasional" ok document. But if you check the one they did before farbrausch's (about chiptunes) .. this one was total crap. And if you check the latest they did at the main party in marseilles, this ones as well is total crap and misleading.
I had the displeasure to see their dubstep report as well.

i did everything i could to mislead the masses indeed :)
solution : may be that's scener do the right thing for the scene
_-_-__: hm never saw any other one beside this, so i cant really say anything about that. On the other hand; there aren't that much major Tv-Companies out there, who's documenting such things, so I'm gratefull about that, including arthouse movies.
