A general rule of thumb while in Denmark is to insult people with large tatoos. If you don't they might take offense and get aggressive. It's a cultural thing, you'll catch on pretty fast. Since you're bringing a 1year old, be sure to go for the bald ones with noisy bikes first, as they are the most likely to be offended by you not insulting them!
