From my own memory: everybody was sure Hardwired would win The Party 1991, but ATZ's Odessey won with a long 5 disks demo.. Widely discussed back than.. Every demo compo has surprises, and sometimes the winning demo isnt the best demo..

Btw, TBL wont win BP08, as they have to compete in the amiga democompo if they compete (no mixed compo unfortunately for TBL to beat all pc demo's like on asm06) Btw Navis, spoilers suck indeed, luckely zine#12 was released after asm07 instead of the planned release before asm07 otherwise everybody had read your 'making off'

The scene without internet had the benefit that there wasnt much known about a demo compo that was really fun back in the days..
