Imho the nominations are well chosen but I also have to agree with some commenters that the great "Evoid Droid" soundtrack and "828" should have got their place on the list. Both productions gave me some serious chills. But thats life..
This years award ceremony will be thrilling with "Debris" and "Lifeforce" fighting for the top categories just like "There Will Be Blood" and "No Country For Old Man" at the Oscars.

dalezy: That means your seat was reserved for you by the person who got the mail. We send out a mail to all nominees asking who they want to reserve seats for (aka who they feel deserve one for helping with the demo)

and actually seeing media error get so many nominations is defnitly scary as shit. one cool scene on a rushed prod with crap music shouldnt be considered a best demo in any possible aspect. i wonder...
Fixed them on pouet http://pouet.net/sceneorg.php (btw this page isn't easy to read, there should be clear separations between the years imho).
leia: can we expect a dress this year too? could I suggest a flower-inspired one perhaps? :)

I also wonder (just like Navis and keops) where is the awesome track made for Evoid Droid by gloom+flipside :( To be honest, it's my personal 'best demo soundtrack' of the year. yes i know, this is just another example of we cannot being able to please everyone, so i'll shut up now :)
I also wonder where is Aithein soundtrack, it was my personnal favorite.
