Please, let's not go there again. Or well, let's of course go to nosfe's exhibition and let's define art as anything made on the Amiga and/or anything including vectorbobs and rasterbars if it makes everyone happy, but let's not have that discussion again, not here at least. For the record, the Helsinki University of Arts and Design is one of the most respected schools in Europe in its area, and it's not a place where you learn random photoshop filters. That's for random Internet People.

nosfe: indeed i don't but looking at the examples, it doesn't seem _that_ promising. But nice to see flipping the "omg offended" switch still works as easy as before :P
Just keep in mind, people have different tastes when it comes to art.

Nosfe: I assumed you are graduating from UIAH with this being your thesis (or whatever you call it in UIAH) since you said it's a part of your degree. If this is not the case, my mistake :)

Preacher, I study at the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts, not UIAH. Hence the 'Fine' part in the name of the degree.

Btw. on 4.2. i'll have a Master's Seminar at the exhibition, some time afternoon. Anyone who thinks they have any critique towards my works at the exhibition that can be seriously taken in the context of modern fine arts, are welcome to participate.

Anyone else can just shut the fuck up.

Come on, don't just assume you know what art is. Quite clearly, some Photoshop filters are artistic.

You're not selling yourself well calling it 'fine art'. Call it 'great art'!
