Best Scene related podcasts

I've had a nosey around and found a couple, but I was wondering if there is a comprehensive list, (that'll work through the UK version of iTunes.) On saying that, I did find "8bit Mayhem", but it's not available in the UK. *boo*
yeah, supersole's podcast is pretty cool, fully available in itunes

You only want ones that are available in iTunes?
I am going to help but since I am feeling lazy I have no idea if these exist there: Surprise!Podcast, Hardread Podcast. Then there's the Demovibes compilations, one called Retrovibes and there's single musics all around the scene musician's websites.

Cheers.
Your tag sounds awfully familiar.

Yeah, I have to get one for myself really.
I've seen that name somewhere. :)
Someone made fun of my previous one, changed it without any imagination.
Should I ask what? ;)

Huh? Not available in the UK?
Are you using the correct link?

Anyways, I should start with a new episode though =)
Oh..and the iTunes rss feed is fuxx0red again. Manual download FTW!
Thanks muchly dude, got it to work that time. :)
My favorite scene related podcast is 8bit Mayhem. Then I guess it comes Blipp Blopp, and after that all the other ones (Surprise! Podcast, Hardread Podcast, Bitjam Podcast...).
Downloaded zounds of scene podcasts now (a HORROR to get the .cue sheets working fine in newest version of Winamp...) - So far the HARDREAD podcasts becomes me mostly - primarily because of their modern content. Yes, I am one of those who find it a bit tiresome listening to 8-bit tunes all day long - maybe it's a physical thing. It seems like my ears don't like to rather squeeky sounds - too bad. :/
noone mentioned eastern threat?
hei tmb, you got a typo in that second url! its not amiga but AMIGAAAAA.
oh no, nutman, you're becoming *newschool*!!!!!111
I started listening to Bitjam Podcast today and this rules! Thanks pouet BBS, you can be useful sometimes! :D
What really pisses me off is when people speak during the podcast while the music is playing. I mean, what they have to say is often quite interesting, but in some podcasts, the babble goes on and on, and it spoils the -great- tracks. So, please, dear podcasters : if you want to tell details about a song, do it BEFORE the music starts. :) Plus, when listening while working, it's extremely disturbing to hear English with an italian accent.
That's why I love Demovibes : less talk, more action ! (a nod here to Willbe)
Big kisses too to Jessie (Cassie ? Tracie ? I don't remember atm...) "from the US", btw, or whichever girl keeps sending short and joyful messages during one of the podcasts ("Hi this is Jessie from the US !" is like a catch-phrase for me now...lol). This is the kind of short thing that reminds us that we're in a podcast, not in a winamp playlist, and give a time frame to the show.

Actually, it seems to be Tracie. :) Check.
Yeah, talking during a music podcast should have its place. If it's in the middle of the song or at the end (this happens far too many times) it's just wrong and most people won't like it. If it's an interview it's something you probably wouldn't listen somewhere else and therefore it deserves some attention.
Small messages like "you are listening to the Surprise!Podcast!" don't bother me. Despite the redundancy those messages were what got me into listening to it because I didn't know what was playing at the time and they just said it and I wrote it down. (I could have asked the xernobyl for the name of what was playing but at the time I felt thankful it was there)
I heard about 3 or 4 videogame music podcasts wich barely had any music without voices overlayed on it. This is the main reason why I deleted them and didn't even want to come back for more. If I download a videogame music podcast I expect to listen to videogame podcasts. Thankfully this doen't happen in main scenemusic podcasts. Way to go.
Resuming, Demovibes, Surprise!Podcast, BitJam and 8bit Mayhem sure got the recipe right on spot.
