Well, that's pretty simplistic hu ? "All you need" is the talent and the idea of it too... that's the difference between those who say "oh I can do it myself too, it's simple" and those who have the idea first and DO it actually :)
It's a nice idea but the execution is really not complicated. A child could do it. You literally only need a high-res photo, the perspective transform filter in Photoshop (or similar tool), and then loads of money to get people to paint the buildings. No talent is involved.

CC: The hard thing is not not to do the transformation (If we're talking about the circles) I can do that, you can do that, even my son can do that, without software. The hard thing is to come up with the idea, find a nice spot, bring it in to context and actually do it. (Call up the city planners and house owners etc)
