searching a team to create a demo

category: general [glöplog]
hi cyborgjeff, musician with scene/chip taste.. I'm searching a demo team to be intersted to create a demo for my new songs called "Asteroid Rave Party". As the song is already available, i suppose this will not a production releasable in a demoparty.. For me, this is the opportunity to finally see one of my production in a "great" demo ;) and would use it to promote my forcoming free album with a visual demoscene touch ! (not only with just sounds like that !)

So if the song give you ideas, about spacechip rave party, oldskool asteroid, babes in space,.. or many things like that..

you could listen to the songs from my website (http://www.cyborgjeff.com), and contact me to cyborg@teledisnet.be

Hope, i find team intersted ;p
the cyborgjeff who once managed to totally whack up one of my tunes and release it on some dubious "cd"? :D
chances are there's plenty of others going by that name as well.

having just returned from browsing cyborgjeff's website, i'd like to take this opportunity to remind our french audience that

THE WORD 'MUSIC' DOES NOT HAVE A PLURAL. 'MUSICS' IS NOT A WORD. IT DOES NOT EXIST.

thank you. also, the fact that he's made a trance remix of "what is love?" by haddaway doesn't exactly convince me taste-wise.

reed: just surrender, ENGRISH WOLRD DOMINATION has begun, this is fate, this is intarweb, do not fight.

cyborgjeff : why not releasing it at a party, that would be a loss, seriously.

btw you once released the catchy tune 'American Dream' at Buenzli, i was wondering, what is its origin ? is it a 'reprise' with translated lyrics of a funny rock/folk song that used to be aired on french radios ?

btw it's never too late to fill the gaps of english language : for example some label/store owners or journalists have created the abusive term 'world music' to stick all the kinds of music that aren't western! 'world musics' would be a tad better :P

mathematic vs mathematics
music vs musics

Yeah. Once there was a tune of mine on some cd of Cyb Jeff. He did credit me though.

Can't remember if he sold it or it was a free download.

The design of his site(s) and the names he come up with leave me dubitable.

p01: there isn't or shouldn't be any demo-orthodox design or taste. There is only subjectively good or bad taste ;)

I've just read the original post... I love your zx music, I don't know much about the rest :(
...good luck.

ZX music? Either you know something I don't, or more likely, you're confusing him with C-Jeff...

(btw, 'Musics' should be a word, because unlike other bogus made-up words like 'virii' (shudder), it serves a useful purpose: you can say "I've written three musics for our musicdisk". What other word can you use? Songs? Nah. "Pieces of music"? Yech. Tunes? Bleh.)

gasman: everybody knows that in the english language, the plural of one music is "scorchers"
e.g. "I've written three scorchers for our musicdisk"

AFAIK Cyborg Jeff hasn't made any ZX tunes indeed. There are some priceless lyrics in some of his tunes btw..
