Let's talk about illegal telepathy

Some questions about telepathy.
First of all could Solo2 explain me the reason why telepathy should be prohibited? What are the dangers? What do you want to hide from illegal telepathy?
Then, my thoughts on telepathy. I wondered one things sometimes. The person who can read my thoughts, what is he supposed to be reading? My thoughts in words or my feelings too? I mean,. I had this crazy thought/fear in the past. What if I meet someone who can read minds and then I am anxious that because of my OCD I make thoughts about his mother for example and he reads them and punches me in the face. Would he understand I am not willing to make these thoughts? But wait, OCD is not about the thoughts at the end (everyone has random thoughts) but about the annoyance from them (however that would make me constantly thinking it for hours and these thoughts could be more noticable to the telepathetic than some random thought fading away after a second for the other people). But would he be able to see how I feel and that I don't mean these thoughts?
They say aliens (the grey races) have telepathetic powers and this is one good step to the evolution and understanding (because they can understand feelings and are honest to each other?). I don't know. Also, I like the blue dolphin aliens because they think I should follow my passions, that's the moto of life (I read it in an old UFO magazine years ago and I still remember it and wish to meet some blue dolphin aliens)

Interesting, the other day I was thinking about how one could write a perl script that snagged all solO2's telepathy messages from the oneliner pages and use them as quit messages on IRC. One would have to check the user id for each hit though, 'cause several other people have used the # # #, including me.
