gloom: for me if I don't hear certain people get paid whats rightfully theirs, well I still think it should be ongoing..regardless..
cease and desist letter is nice, but having proceeding start very soon after has to be done also. As some losers attitude is "bring it on" even though they are in the wrong, call their bluff.
I'm curious about none disclosure thing of things like this. I'd except a grovelling apology as part of any settlement, to re-address certain untruths told, quick enough to talk rubbish/untruths ,should have the balls to admit they are wrong =)
